What you’ll require for setting up Ubiquiti NanoBeams

Setup of a basic wireless bridge for a CCTV system

You’ll need two NanoBeams
You need a laptop/computer with an ethernet port (to connect the LAN cable)
You need two patch cables (one goes from NanoBeam to PoE injector port labled “PoE” and the other goes from PoE injector port labled “LAN” to computer)

We assume the IP address of the device that connects to the internet to be “192.168.0.1” with a subnet mask of “255.255.255.0”.
This device is normally provided by your internet service provider.
It is called a router or modem and is a “gateway”.
