What you’ll require

You need two NanoBeams
You need a laptop/computer with an ethernet port (to connect the LAN cable)
You need two patch cables (one goes from NanoBeam to PoE injector port labled “PoE” and the other goes from PoE injector port labled “LAN” to computer)
We assume the IP address of the device that connects to the internet to be “192.168.0.1” with a subnet mask of “255.255.255.0”.
This device is normally provided by your internet service provider.
It is called a router or modem and is a “gateway”.
Place both NanoBeams beside laptop/computer.
SETTING UP DEVICE A
Connect first NanoBeam (A) to the computers ethernet port with a patch cable from it’s PoE injector device port labled “LAN”
Change the IP address of the computers ethernet port to “192.168.1.1” and subnetmask “255.255.255.0”
open a web browser and go to “http://192.168.1.20”
Enter as follows: username: admin password: ubnt and press enter
Click on the “wireless” tab and the following for each;

open your web browser and go to “http://192.168.1.20”
enter username: ubnt and password: ubnt and press enter
Click on “wireless” tab and enter for each:
Wireless Mode: Station
