SYSTEM X

The brand new System X range consists of premium mounting solutions for video walls, digital signage and menu boards and is also ideal for the broadcast and video conferencing markets. The mounting system is lightweight yet incredibly strong and has a high-end aesthetic quality which gives a premium finish without sacrificing any of the reliability that the product is renowned for. Designed for multi-screen installations, the range is universally compatible with all video wall screens and is available in an almost endless variety of configurations – either as a ready made kit for convenience or in modular component form for more specialist custom requirements. The range is also compatible with the System 2 collar and pole system and when used together creates one of the most versatile and comprehensive ranges available on the market today.

This range of bracketry has a premium finish giving a contemporary, high-end aesthetic quality.  The 8 point tool-less micro-adjustment system allows for seamless screen alignment.  Cable management on the bracketry hides any untidy cabling and adds to the stylish finish.  The included screen spacer is designed to eliminate calculations and guess work when installing the horizontal rails.

OCULi Wireless PIR Camera

OCULi is a product range of battery powered wireless, PIR motion sensors which have integrated colour/monochrome cameras and infrared illuminators. These products provide rapid video verification of alarm events using the mobile phone 3G network. A dedicated cloud server and web portal provides a full monitoring system as well as an easy way to set up and control the detectors. Alarms and alerts are sent to the OCULi mobile phone app as Push Notification as an alternative means of monitoring.

OCULi System Overview

OCULi uses the mobile phone 3G network and can be sited anywhere there is a network signal available. Simply sign up to SIM usage on a rolling monthly contract and you are ready to go. (SIM price includes the use of the cloud server). Images are streamed over 3G giving exceptional speed and quality of delivery. Connection time to the network using our roaming SIM is fast and non network specific so the strongest signal will always be used. All video & data is stored on the SD card and cloud server until it is deleted by the user.

Superior VGA 640×480 colour video starts filming in just a few milliseconds after detection ensuring that events are not missed. Unrivalled monochrome night-time clarity is achieved using powerful IR LED lighting.

PIR detection range is 15 metres x 90° using a Quad Pyro Sensor and falls well within the camera’s field of view of 135° to ensure detected movements remain in view. Bluetooth® facilitates easy set up using the mobile phone app to determine signal strength, camera view and PIR detection coverage. Sensitivity, pulse counting and AND gating are all configurable using the App or web portal.

Each OCULi detector is programmable to automatically set and un-set up to 3 times per day on a 7 day timer.

On site Arm/Dis-Arm can over-ride the automatic schedule by using the OCULi phone App.

Quad pyro technology minimises false alarms and ensures superior detection performance. OCULi is fully tamper protected with IR anti-masking, 3 axis inertia sensing and enclosure tampers.

TimeLine video® feature ensures that the product is working correctly and provides an extra level of surveillance.

Materials needed:  CAT5/5e/6 Cable, RJ45 Plugs, Crimping Tool for RJ45 Plugs

To make a Patch Cable using CAT5/5e/6 first, using the cable stripper on the crimp tool, strip about 25mm of the outer jacket to reveal the 4 twisted pairs being careful not to damage the twisted pairs.  A Stanley knife can also be used if the crimp tool does not have a cable stripper.  Arrange the four twisted pairs as follows from left to right:  Orange White, Orange, Green White, Blue, Blue White, Green, Brown White, Brown.  Straighten the pairs as much as possible whilst keeping them arranged correctly.  Once the pairs are straightened, trim them down to about 10mm, or enough to allow the RJ45 Wedge grip the Cable Jacket when crimped, and insert into your RJ45 Plug with Orange White being in Pin Terminal One and Orange being in Pin Terminal Two and so on, making sure each of the pairs go into the correct Pin Terminal.  You can now use you crimp tool to crimp the RJ45 Plugs pins into the pairs and the RJ45 Plug wedge onto the jacket of the Cable.

RJ45 pins and pair arrangement shown below
