Ajax Hubs serve as the central control panel for the an Ajax Wireless Alarm System, coordinating and managing various security devices and sensors. motion detectors, door/window sensors, smoke detectors, and cameras all connect to the Hub, Hub 2 or Hub 2+. Hubs support different connectivity channels for communication to an End User or Monitoring Station including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and 2G/3G/4G cellular connectivity.
Ajax ReX & ReX 2 acts as a range extender for any devices that are too far to connect to a Hub, or if the environment provides connectivity issues. You can have up to 5 ReX units in place to give an overall coverage of 35km²!
